Most people like me pay over 200 a month for your services. So at that much money you should service and a product that is worth it. Do you know what you have?
Not so steady ISP that is promised to performe at a rate you pay for. Well if anyone actualy knows what your getting you understand its not even true.
Your customer service is a puzzle of buttons and miss guided directions and a computer that asks you questions and cant understand what you say. That alone is a joke especally when she hangs up oin you. Boy you feel special.
I want to know are we getting a credit for all the times the service is down. Like tonight we should get well over 10 hours we dont need to pay you.
