Services starting off to a bad start.

I first signed up for just tv. The cable boxes I have wouldn’t activate immediately but they got them added to the account. Then I was told the boxes were added incorrectly and it’s going to take 1-3 business days for that to be corrected. Now I’m trying to add Internet and no one can because there’s an errror code popping up saying “modem on account too low for speed”. But I don’t have a internet modem because I don’t even have the services. Then I was told that would take 1-3 days to be fixed. What in the world is going on Xfinity. I may just cancel and go with AT&T. I have tv I can’t use yet and can’t add Internet.
