Serviceability support nonexistent

I just moved into a place a week ago and I've put in requests to transfer service but have received absolutley no contact even after waiting the 7-10 business days. My place has had comcast before so this shouldn't be an issue at all. I'm just curious what I have to do to finally get this process going and have wifi. I'm astounded by the horrible support for transferring to a current serviceable address.
