Serviceability Team - Address Verification Request

I am looking to become an xfinity member and sign up for internet service. Unfortunately when I try to find my address on the database online it gives me the message, "The address you entered could not be recognized". I have contacted a few online representatives and filled a request ticket and yet the only solution sent to me was a message saying they still could not find my address. Would anybody know my next steps? I really like the service and internet xfinity customers get but I'm dissapointed I haven't been helped to resolve the issue.

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.
