That's no problem, from what they said they had someone come out but I dont really think they did, I told them I want to tall to someone from the construction the department but they said there is no way to, I can go to one of the locations and talk to some one, in which like you said I would like someone to come out and talk to me at the time and tell me what is needed to be done so I can figure this [removed] out lol
