I'm writing here because it is easy for me to summarize my opinions.
I mentioned what I thought, what is problems that I have regarding Comcast!
The employee in a call center made the wrong plan change to me.
So I ended up paying the money I didn't want to pay!!!
(BROADCAST TV FEE $13.65 )
So, I really want to quit the wrong plan for me and I do not want to pay for it!!!
I'd like to maintain a service plan including TV and internet (download as fast as 200 Mbps).
Today, I went to the local Xfinity store to do this.
And I returned the Xfinity flex device that I received a couple of days before.
But, the staff told me that I should talk to the call center staff to change the plan.
So, how can I schedule a call?
No matter how hard I try on the Xfinity website, I can't schedule a phone call.
It's like an endless loop that someone mentioned before!
In summary, BROADCAST TV FEE $13.65 was an unwanted plan change.
I don't want to use it in the future. I'd like to change the service plan!
But I have no idea how to make it!
