On 8/9/19 Comcast automated customer service said all Xfinity platforms were down & would be backup by 6 pm. They were back by 9 pm.
I work from home on Fridays and heavily use my intenet for work & a voip phone. Needless to say, my day from 11:00 am to 5 was shot.
Will Comcast be giving an outage credit for not being to access and use my service? Seems equitable since I could not do my job. I shouldn't have to pay for what I didn't receive.
