Service outage

Service outage

we have even without service since Tuesday due to storm. Currently shows restoration today by 11:04 pm. The damaged lines are just down the street from our house and there hasn't been a single Comcast vehicle in the neighborhood all day.

Will service be restored by 11 pm as indicated? Need to know since we work from home and need internet to do so.

Also, will my bill be credited for the number of days we've been without service?
