At 1 AM stated service should be restored by 6AM. Then updated to 2:05 PM. What amount of refund is Comcast providing for a day of service I did not get but will be billed for? I work at night (graveyard shifts) from home and require internet to work this is costing me hundreds a day because of this. And even the day before it was the same thing at about the same time, maybe I made a mistake renewing my services....
