Service outage

I understood there will be a few service outages in a year but this is the 3rd one in the past month and its effecting my work & money from streaming. What amount of refund is Comcast providing for a day of service I did not get but will be billed for? How about the other two?

We only credit your account for the time your services were down once the issue is resolved. Please send me a private message with your full name, address, and phone number tied to your residential services for help.
