Service Outage for over 2 weeks


Comcast is saying there is a service outage in my area now for over 2 weeks.  I have had no internet service.  What can I do?

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.

Hi, rlmac27 - Apologies for your experience, please send me a private message and include your full name, the account holder's name and address as it listed on the billing statement, a phone or an account number. I will check if there are any maintenance issues in your neighborhood.
