Service outage and no cust service

We've had our net out for 3 days now. The phone tree is a nightmare and no possibility of talking to a human. There is no status update, all it says is they will text with an update (been two days now). The lack of support is unacceptable.

Same here - received no help so far from over the phone or via the outage map.
I am in the Atlanta area.
