We called Monday and went through troubleshooting with a tech on the phone. Issue not resolved. Said someone would be by Wednesday. No one came. When we’ve called they say there’s an outage in our area affecting TV and internet and no option to speak with a rep. Funny thing is the box in the garage has been working since Monday night and the internet has been working. I sent a Twitter DM to ComcastCares this morning and no reply yet. I just want to be able to watch TV in my living room in the air conditioning.
