Service next door or in my building, but wasn't told it could be interrupted.
New customer. Had my internet installed last weekend. Due to the virus, I'm working from home. I was in the middle of a meeting, when my internet was disconnected. There is a Comcast truck parked next door, and a comcast technician on a ladder on the side of my building. IT would have been really nice to know ahead of time that some work was being done in the area, which could result in an interrpution. This is customer service 101, and wasn't done. HIGHLY disappointed.
