Service in my new community

Im building a house in a community , they are done with phase 1 of development. ATT is in there , I hate ATT , I have 7 months until I move in and I really really hope I can get xfinity in there before that time. Im not sure who i could reach out to. I have seen a few forum posts on this so far. I wont leave my exact address but it is called The fields and its off Polo Drive in Lake worth FL , 33467. Any chance this can be requested its a 900 home community , the fee to trench a line is worth it.
