How do I reach the Regional Director for the MidAtlantic area? I signed up for Comcast Xfinity December 29th. Since that time 6 or 9 (I lost count) technicians visited my house. In addition to interior techs the exterior wing of technicians laid new lines three times and a series of wires remain sticking out of a box on the side of my house (since January 18). The technicians are very polite but they never know why they are visiting my house; they always think it is a "first time" installation. A supervisor, Colleen B. took my call but hasn't returned a call for a week. It has been 46 days without any service.
