Service call

I have had 2 service appointments with 12 hour open tickets and I have waited around and no one has shown up or called, and I called multiple times and was reassured they would show up. I am on day 3 of waiting around for another 12 hour open ticket service call.  I was reassured I would get a call this morning at 730 with a two hour time frame this morning which didn't happen. I have dr appts scheduled for my son who just had surgery and cant miss those. My frustration level is through the roof because everyone I talk to is in the Phillipines and cant connect me with anyone who can give me any answers. This is absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service. I have waited around now for 26 hours and its looking like another 10- how is this even possible? The system is completely messed up.
