Service at my location

I was wondering why is there no service in my location. I know a few people within 1/2 mile radius of my location does. So, what has to happen for service to be at my location?

Hi @bossco30,

All you need to do is request service and Comcast will send a tech out to do a site survey. They will then contact you and let you know if it's possible to get service at your address.
