Service address incorrect

Service address incorrect

Hey all, hopeful a Employee will notice this....  We recently moved, transferred / setup service at our new home.  The service address does not match the billing address, tried to get it remedied over the phone, but unable to.  How can I get this resolved?

Hi, Dudley_67 - Please send me a private message and include your full name, the account holder's name and address as it listed on the billing statement, a phone or an account number. I will check what changes we can make.
