We own a new home that currently doesn’t come up on the Comcast website as serviceable. There is a cable tap in my yard but no signal coming out. I cannot get an answer for when it will be service ready from my local reps that came to my home and also I cannot get an answer from the loacl walk in store. I would like to find out about a serviceability request to see when will the tap be active ? I have sent pictures of my home along with the cable tap next to the house.
