Service Transfer

I have been trying to transfer my service to my new address which is only 2 minutes away from my old residence. and they have been telling me something different everytime i call, first time was they had to do a sight survey and it would take 2 weeks, next time was 3-4 now today they tell me 90 days what could possibly take so long, not to mention everytime i call the automated service tells me my account is cancelled and my devices need returned!

I have no idea whats so hard about this or why they cant get it done if they wanna keep me as a customer and happy you would think they would jump on it ASAP
