Does Xfinity ever look at certain accounts to see the "trail" of service issues certain customers have. I would think, as a service company, they would look for customers with unusual "track records" of service issues. I have had nothing but problems for years and have reached the tipping point. Every few months, another service issue with power outages that take forever to fix.
Is it just me?
Hi jackandcoke3 -- We do look at service track records however your service issues need to be reported to us for us to know that you're having service issues. We regularly maintain our service network infrastructure but we won't know you're experiencing any service issues unless you report them to us.
