Good afternoon! I'm hoping to get some assistance with obtaining service to our home. The area is relatively new construction, the home we purchased last month was built in 2016 with phone service but no cable. When we were looking to buy the home, I spoke with Comcast and was assured we would be able to get service established once we purchased the house. Now we are being told we are not able to get service, even though Comcast services the surrounding area.
Additionally, there is a neighborhood planned across the street with about 25 houses.
I am a current Comcast customer, and would love to stay with Comcast instead of having to switch to Frontier's 18 Mbps service. Is there anything I can do to obtain service?
