Service Disruption and Equipment Damage Due To Flooding
Hi, my Comcast username is jennyrich424. My apartment was damaged in a flood and I'm currently living with my daughter as the entire place has to be rebuilt. I tried to suspend my TV and internet service but was told I could only use a seasonal hold with a reduced monthly payment. Is there no way to suspend all service without payment until I am able to resume using my service?
Also, my power cords and adapters were damaged and I need replacements for when I am ready to move into my new house.
I am 72 and have multiple underlying health conditions, so unfortunately due to COVID-19 I am fearful trying to go to my local Comcast store when they open back up. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.
