Sent Back Damaged Device Refused To Give A Refund

On February 29th I sent Xfinity my old phone back and was shipped a new one. Customer service agents told me I couldn't get a refun. On March 13th I arrived home from work and found a box at my door I opened it and it was my damaged and defective phone sent back to me. Xfinity never said how much the replacement would cost and told me it would be $35 at the most. Xfinity charged me $250 for the phone to get a replacement. It still has the barcode on it. l am trying to figure out why would they send the phone back and keep my money. Please stay away from them the agents do not care only about taking your money and deceiving you.
