Seasonal hold - cannot schedule

Hi all, I have been trying to schedule my seasonal hold plan since Friday last (now 5 days). I have done this many times with no issues but when I get to the end, it says scheduling your plan, then returns to the previous screen and no confirmation or email appears so not activated. There are understandably very long waits for online chat and as I am abroad I cannot use 800 to phone so hold line is very expensive for me. Anyone else having an issue or any thoughts on why this is happening?
