Scheduled Maintenance Message Needs to State A Time Frame
I wanted to provide some feedback. When the Xfinity My Account app states "We'll soon be performing scheduled maintenance in your area. You may notice an interruption to your service. We apologize for any inconvenience". It should state the time of the upcoming maintenance instead of being so general. I only found out that the maintenance is going to be from 12-4 AM on August 30 when I called Customer Service with another issue.
