Schedule Burying of Orange Drop Cable

Hello, there is an orange drop cable in my yard, and has been since we had our Xfinity service installed almost a year ago. Please reply to this message with a contact email or phone number that I can send my address/account number to, in order to get this resolved and the line buried.
