Storm on 2/11. Tree hit lines between 2 power poles. Ripped out power lines and mast to neighbors house, tree landed on and stretched cable line...now dips over shared drive. Next truck that drives through will rip it down. We have called SIX times. Each time, an appt is made and a residential tech/truck is sent NOT a bucket truck. Each time we are told agent will call back...not once has that happened. We have asked for corporate contact and are refused. We finally went in to a local office Thursday. Again, we were told ticket would be escalated and we would receive contact from dispatch....and again, no call
Local office rep told us Manager will only update via email.
So with no corporate help, we just wait for the line to get ripped from the pole so we and neighbors lose service as our escalation??
Township and state utility complaints regarding a blatent disregard for safety are next on my list unless someone else has an idea.
Has the tree been removed?
Hello, toberek. Thanks for reaching out to us about your concerns. I'm sorry to hear you've had such trouble getting that line raised. Again made a great point, you will want to make sure the tree has been removed prior to us sending a tech out for repairs. If this has already been done, please send me a private message with your first and last name so I can look further into this issue and ensure we get someone out to make repairs.

toberek, debris still being in the way after such events are one of the more common reasons for a delayed repair visit so we try to mention it ahead of time so customers are aware beforehand. I'm glad to hear this issue has already been addressed in your case. I look forward to your private message so I can assist in making sure we quickly get the right tech out for the job.
toberek, as I have not heard back from you in some time, I have closed this thread to further comments. I hope you were able to get that line repaired, but if you still need assistance, please feel free to start a new thread.
