For the past three months I've been receiving constant emails/SPAM from Comcast. Each time I receive them, I opt out of the emails. It does not stop them and they are still being sent. CONSTANTLY.
I never opted into them to begin with.
They are being sent to all the email addresses associated with my Comcast account.
What does it take to get this to stop? It is illegal for you to keep pummeling me with these emails after I've opted out multiple times.

I'm going to see about getting you more information on this. I do know that some marketing items can take up to 60 days to fully stop. You'll be contacted within 24-48 hours to discuss further.
Did this get resolved? I am having the same exact issue. This many emails makes me regret doing business with Xfinity. And now I’m stuck in a contract. Great! 🤦🏼♂️
did you notice the form you gave a link to doesnt include an email opt out? that form only covers calls and posted mail. how about one for electronic mail?
