I contacted the 'chat' tech two weeks ago about runniing a longer cable. The reference number is 0495 14771. I'm now told by a 'chat' person that a tech came to my house on the 23rd and ran the cable. This is completely false. No tech has been to my house. Cany anyone take care of this please.
Can someone from xfinity please respond to this? It's been two weeks since I first contacted xfinity, first someone said they came to my house when they didn't and now even after speaking to another chat person who claimes to have sent this to yet another tech I haven't heard anything from anyone.
