New Poster


I have lost loads of work once again due to "scheduled" maintenance. Well that's funny... We NEVER get a notice about this. Also it is absolutely ridiculous considering how large you guys are that you don't have a network to fall back on when you are conducting "scheduled" maintenance. Absolutely horrible. Hey anything to save a buck right? I would NOT recommend you guys right now.

Hi Thoryan, we don't want you to feel this way. I ran some tests on your equipment and the lines in your neighborhood and I don't show anything that would be impacting your services. Are you still having issues?
