Reward visa scam

I feel scammed! I was promised a reward visa for signing up for my service which reeled me in as bait to sign up for this expensive service! I’ve contacted multiple people from the rewards center and they always forward me to customer service who hang up on me after explaining myself. The rewards center says no record found. And chatting online they refer me to call again. It’s been over 3 months since I’ve had my service and no one can provide me answers. I just want what was promised to me.

In order to qualify for a Visa Rewards Card the following conditions must be met:
 
  • You must be a new customer
  • You must sign up for a qualifying bundle with no modifications
  • You must make full payment on time for 90 days (no late pays)
 
Please note that this card comes with an expiration date

Same here and I can't understand, why I am dealing with it. Most agents are rude and treat you as if it's there money. No one is trying to help me and I will be out of almost 2000 dollars since May they have to be stopped.
