It’s almost 2 months and nothing yet !!! Where are my boxes 📦 to return the equipment????? You are charging me and I closed the tv and phone accounts going on 3 months , you still charging me , you promised the boxes and my bee WiFi box !!! Please end me the boxes 📦 for the living room and bedroom equipment, don’t forget to send me my new WiFi box and a box to return this old one .

I would reccomend returning your equipment to a Comcast Service Center, it is the fastest way to return your equipment and stop the extra charges. Returning via UPS can take a long time and I dont want you to be charged any more than what you have been already. Hope this helps. -TheMasterTech
