Returned Device

I have returned my device to UPS on 3/21. I am needing confirmation on if that has been. received, and when should I exprect my refund. I have tried on several occasions to contact customer service through the chat channels and I am getting the run around. I am just wanting to get confirmation that my device has been received, or have the ability to speak with a live person, or get my refund processed.
