We're recently retired and living on fixed income now. Our 2 year arrancement is about to expire and we need to get our costs down. We can certainly throttle back our internet speed now.
I'm not seeing a way to observe pricing on line (or exosting curtomers) which is frustrating that seems things are being made obscure.
Called in but didn't get a significant cost reduction.
