I am trying to reach the retention department. I just notice the rate increase on my bill and was wondering if there is any promotional deal going on. At this point in time with everything going on (COVID 19) I am having a hard time justifying the increase. Please let me know if there is anything that can be done.
I am having the same experience. I am recently out of contract, my bill is up and my family income is down due to the Coronavirus. I need to reduce my monthly bill total or cancel service altogether. I'd prefer not to cancel service if possible, but I cannot continue to pay the monthly total on my bill. I'd like to know what options are available for someone in my position to reduce my bill.
I read through the efforts Xfinity is doing to help protect their employees and help people affected by Covid19. They don't appear to be exactly what I am looking for, but I applaud Comcast for doing what they are doing to protect and serve. Thanks!
