I've been a excellent customer for Xfinity for some time now and I called the customer service department the other day to see about what could be done to lower my monthly bill as I am being contacted by Xfinity's competition weekly about offering me practically the same service for far less money. Since I'm a good customer, I wanted to give Xfinity the chance to work with me. But all the customer service rep wanted to do and was told the only thing they could do is offer me a security system which would increase my monthly payment. Is there anyone I can speak to within the retention department before I go ahead and make that switch which I'm leaning to do since I pay about $250 a month and basically feel like the customer rep didn't even care.
