I have left multiple messages to so-called supervisors of the retention unit. I got service on January 6 and was promised a certain package at a certain price. And after I got everything hooked up I found out that I was lied too. I am permanently disabled, so it’s not easy for me to set these things up and do the stuff. I have gone through all kinds of channels while calling, Nobody seems to want to deal with this. If someone doesn’t contact me very shortly, I will be canceling my account.
