Hi,

I wanted to contact the customer Retention department by Chat to talk regarding my renewed plan but I am not finding an option specifically to chat to Retention Team. The number one agent gave me to call back is the usual customer service number. Is there are URL or link that I can access? Does anyone know?

There is no special way to reach retention agents. Would you like someone to help you here?
