I had an issue with internet, called Comcast and they sent a tech. The tech disconnected an amplifier previously installed by Comcast. The disconnection completely ruined my internet signal. I called Comcast again and they sent another tech who had to reconnect the amplifier that should have never been disconnected. This was no fault of mine, but now they want to charge me because of a code which the tech entered and should not have. I'm angry. I'm now waiting on a call from a manager and gave filed a complaint with the BBB. What will it take to get this charge removed? Or reimbursed??
