Someone ran over the cable junction box at the curb across the street from my house. Obviously, I know why I don't have internet service! How do I schedule service to come fix it. This is not an in house service, but external repair to comcast equipment.
Calling technical support is a bit... tedius. It forces me through automates steps that take 10 mins at a time. I already got disconnected once... which caused it to start over! Is there a number I can call to get this scheduled?
