I'm reporting downed lines at my account address, apparently this is the only way to do so? Thanks

I'd be happy to help get a crew out to determine if these lines belong to Comcast so we can get them removed, or raised. However, if they do belong to another company, we will advise you to contact them. I've just picked up your private message and will be replying shortly.
