Replacing and rerouting cable wire

I had called last year 8/15/18 & 10/14/18 to have someone replace and reroute my cable wire. While I am not having too many problems I called again on 3/26/19 and Roger or Rodger was to call me back and I have yet to hear from him. The cable is above ground and should be replaced and rerouted. Could someone please advise if or when this could be accomplished?? Thank you, Karen
