My current agreement with Comcast expires next month and I have made three calls to a customer service agent trying to renew my agreement at an acceptable rate. I do not wish any changes, just a decent rate I can afford to pay. Have been a loyal Comcast customer for over 30 years, always paid on time, etc. and yet I see offers for new customers at the exact same price and plan as the one I have that expires but I cannot get the same deal!! Why not? .
Does my loyality, prompt payment, etc. mean nothing to Comcast?
