Remove unauthorised hard inquiry on my Equifax credit report
Comcast did a hard inquiry on my Equifax credit report. I did not authorize the hard pull. I have been in touch over email, and twitter with you guys, Equifax filed dispute but nothing has changed. I want that hard check to be removed ASAP. It has affected my credit report badly and I'm still suffering due to it. You should work with Equifax or there should be some sort of plan to do it. PLEASE take action ASAP.
I have sent tons of emails to Tom Karinshak's office regarding this, but nothing concrete came out of it. Every time I post a message in the inbox on your twitter, they say they are looking into it. Nothing happens. I filed a dispute with Equifax too. There should be some way for you guys to reach out to Equifax, and copy me in that conversation. This is like a dead end. I have been doing this for a year but no one is helping out. HELP! HELP ! HELP ! SOS
