I am demolishing my house and I need to do two things:
1)Set up a service appointment to remove the service line from the utility pole to my house.
2)Cancel my service.
I was hoping both could happen at the same time. I have internet only and I own my own modem, so no equipment to return.
Can someone help me with this?

I was wondering if there is contact phone number or email address for Comcast for Chicagoland area to request or to confirm disconnect of Comcast service. I work for agency that is planning to demo several homes for a large flood control project. My agency already has ownership of the homes, but I need to confirm lines are disconnected from all the properties.
Does comcast have a link to a webpage with disconnect for demolition projects? I know other companies like Nicor, and ComEd have webpages that explain the disconnect for demolition.
