Hi, is there a way to get a Comcast rep to look at this without violating their PM policy? I read online that the phone reps can't do this or it would end up in waiting/transfer nightmare, but I've seen a few topics on this board which addressed this exact issue (by @ComcastElla & @ComcastPhill & @ComcastChe & @ComcastAndrew & @ComcastShane)
