Keep in mind . . . unless things have changed, they're using 3rd party contractor companies to do customer billing of cable services, & with over 30 million customers in likely several hundreds of different city franchise markets it's probably not tha difficult for that to occure.
More important than it happening, is how well they respond & remedy things that didn't go correctly.
