How long does the refund process actually takes?

The refund process could take anywhere from 6-8 weeks. Are you waiting for a refund? Would you like me to check the status of your request? If so, please send me a private message verifying following information: 

  • First and last name of the account holder
  • Primary phone number on the account
  • The street address associated with your services
  • Full account number
